Yes! All patients improve from the very first sessions and return to their daily routine asymptomatically. By consistently completing the recovery program, you will clearly be better off. Even after your improvement or completion of the sessions, we make sure to provide you with all the necessary information and exercises so that you are able to prevent any possible recurrence or injury.

No! The treatment is tailored to each patient according to his age, physical condition and health level. In short, it is unique and personalized for each patient.

The usual duration of a full physiotherapy session is 45 minutes to 1 hour. The first session usually lasts longer, as it also includes a detailed clinical examination that includes taking your history and some special tests.

Usually 2-3 treatments per week for the first 2 weeks and as the symptoms are minimized about 1 treatment per week for 4 weeks.

For acute musculoskeletal injuries and respiratory diseases about 10-15 treatments.

For postoperative problems from 15-20 treatments.

For chronic neurological diseases from 3 months to 1 year.

After the evaluation during the first visit, the physiotherapist makes an assessment and sets some goals (short-term and long-term), so that you know that you are in a treatment plan with specific achievement goals, but also a specific time period for their implementation.

Regardless of the diagnostic ability of the physiotherapist, it is advisable to consult a doctor first about the specific specialty of your condition. Doctor – physiotherapist work together as a team for the best possible result for you.

It is advisable to have with you whatever medical diagnosis and examination you have performed (eg X-rays, magnetic resonance, medical opinions, etc.) as well as the results of these tests.

It would be good to wear comfortable clothes, depending on the area to be treated, so that they are easily accessible by the physiotherapist. We also recommend that you have a pair of shorts or a swimming costume with you, in case the problem is in the lower extremities.
